Glass breakage
Important
If you are covered by our Building Insurance and a window or pane of glass is broken, you must secure the property. If an authorised glass repairer cannot attend promptly, the glass must be boarded up. This includes glass breakage in fixed basins, baths, shower bases and cisterns.
Income & Contents Cover insures you for breakage of glass in freestanding furniture such as tabletops, dressing table mirrors and wall units that belong to the landlord and form part of the rental agreement.
