Step 1

Download and complete the Distributor Expression of Interest Form. You’ll need to nominate an authorised person. Then, email it to customerservice@terrischeer.com.au.

Step 2

The nominated authorised person will receive an invitation to join Terri Scheer Connect.

To activate the account:

1. Click the invitation link.
2. Create a password.
3. Complete the annual compliance training module via the portal.

The training takes approximately 30 minutes and must be completed for your application to progress.

Step 3

Once the compliance module has been completed, we'll conduct an ASIC eligibility check to confirm the authorised person is not listed on the ASIC banned and disqualified register.

If successful, we'll email a Distributor Appointment Letter for the authorised person to sign on behalf of the office.

Step 4

After we receive the signed appointment letter, we'll activate distributor status for the authorised person and the office in the online portal.

Step 5

If other employees also require distributor status, the authorised person can nominate them through the portal.

Each nominated employee must:

• complete the annual compliance training module, and
• pass the ASIC eligibility check.

Once these requirements are met, distributor status can be assigned.
