Here’s what you will need:

• Insured address details, or
• Policy number
• Date the loss of rent and/or damages occurred.

Download and complete a claim form providing the supporting documentation required. Please see back of the claim form.

2. Make a claim

Once you have completed the claim form, please email claims@terrischeer.com.au or alternatively post to GPO Box 1619 Adelaide, SA 5001.

3. That’s it. We’ll be in touch.

Once you've submitted your claim, you should get a notification acknowledging we've received your claim. We'll begin the claims process and will contact you if we need any further documents or information.
