Our story
Before our specialist policies, Australian landlords were exposed to considerable financial risks caused by tenants, including loss of rental income or damage to fittings, fixtures and furnishings. Very often, the bond isn’t enough to cover these costs. Our products cover landlords for these risks, as well as damage to your building, protecting both your property and your income.
