To place cover on your rental property, simply answer the following questions and submit your application. You will receive a receipt to your nominated email address once we have received your application.

To make the application process as simple as possible, please note that if any of the following apply to your property; cover may not be available to you:

• Your property is not managed by a Real Estate Agent or On-Site Manager
• Your property is a permanent rental
• You have made a claim for more than $2000 on a landlord protection policy
• You have ever been declined insurance or declined a renewal or if an insurer has ever imposed special terms or conditions.
